Gerenal Description

YJK series compact motor (shaft center height H355-630mm)is our new product that optimizd on the basis of a great deal of introduced technology and our experience of designing and manufacturing three-phase high voltage induction motors.
YJK series compact type three-phase induction motor is an optimized and upgraded compact motor with excellent performance, featured by light weight, compact construction, low noise, small vibration, good reliability and convenience for installation and maintenance.
The respect to enclosure protection degree according to GB4942.1 and IEC34-5(Classification of Enclosure Protection of Electrical Machines).the motors of this series are of IP54,Other degrees of protection are also possible upon customer’s requirements.
In respect to cooling methods according to GB1993 and IEC 34-6(Cooling Methods for Rotating Electrical Machines) the motors of this series are of IC411,Other cooling methods are also possible upon customer’s requirements.
In respect to type of mounting, the motors of this series are of IMB3 horizontal with feet, satisfying the requirements of GB997 and IEC34-7(Construction and Code for type of Mounting of Electrical Machines).The type of IMV1 vertical with flange can be provided.
The motor of series YJK is of enclosed compact type with protection degree of IP54 and with two independent (inner &outer) air circuits, in which the low noise fans are adopted respectively to effectively reduce the noise level of the motor.
 
Basic Technique:
The motor of series YJK is of enclosed compact type with protection degree of IP54 and with two independent(inner&outer)air circuits, in which the low-noise fans are adopted respectively to effectively reduce the noise level of the motor.
The frame and end cover are made of nodular cast iron with. light weight and rigid construction, the surface of which is equipped with orthogonal arrangement ribs. The inner wall of the frame near to the end portion of stator coils as well as the inner wall of the cover is also provided with the same ribs, which can greatly improve the cooling capability and the rigidity of the frame and end cover.
The heat losses of the stator cores and linear portion of stator coils are conducted to the frame through stator cores, while that of the rotor and end portion of stator coils conducted to the frame through inner air circuit. The outer fan equipped on the non-drive end of the motor of the motor blows the surface of frame cooling ribs to bring the heat losses of the motor away and thus guarantee a normal working temperature of the coils and bearings.

The stator is so constructed as the stator core is stacked and assembled with coils to porm and individual assembly which is then put into the stator housing. Class F insulation material is used for the stator winding and the end portion is securely fixed and bound, After several turn to turn voltage impulse test and voltage endurance test to the ground during manufacturing process and vacuum pressure impregnating(VPI) treatment with solventless vanish, the motors have a reliable insulation performance, high mechanical strength and anti-moisture capability.
Cast aluminum construction is used for the squirrel-cage type rotor. Copper conducting bars which has good reliability and is able to drive machines with large moment of inertia are also possible upon the application requirements.
For 2P motors form H355-H450 and all 4-10P motors, the standard designed series motors adopt anti-friction bearings, self-lubricated with grease or oil according to motor’s frame size and operating speed, separate oil supply system is not needed. Split sleeve bearings are used for 2P motors form H500-H630 or when specified by purchaser, they are either ring-lubricated or forced –oil lubricated depending on the loading.
The main terminal box is of IP54,located at the right side of the motor(view form the shaft extension side) or that left side upon order request.
