Y2 series three phase asynchronous motor (frame size H63-500, power 0.12-1800kW) is a newly designed general-purpose high output motor. This series of product is designed on the basis of sufficiently absorbing international advanced technologies. This series of motor is strongly competitive in international and domestic market.                                                                                                                         Y2 motor adopts international generally-used degree of protection IP55, insulation class (insulation class F, but with temperature rise B). Efficiency of Y2 high output motor is higher than that of Y series motor. The complete series of motor complies with European EFF2 standard. It features high starting torque, low noise, more rational structure, new and beautiful appearance.                                                                                                                 The performance and mounting dimensions meet Standard IEC60034, DIN42673, GB755 and relevant professional technical standards. As our company has been certified ISO9001 international quality system, the complete process from ordering, development, manufacturing, inspection, sales, and service are controlled as per the requirement of ISO9001qualitysystem.                                                                                                 The production is designed based on supply 50HZ (60HZ on request), 380V (200V, 400V, 500V, 550V and etc. on request), the common connection: power below 3kW is star (Y) connection, above 4kW is delta (D) connection, the operational environment: ambient temperature not exceeding 40℃，altitude not exceeding 1000m above sea level, if there is any special environment condition, please specify when ordering. Duty rating of this series of motor is continuous duty rating (S1).  Cold-rolled lamination steel is used to get low loss and high efficiency. Insulation class F (Rise B) and VPI process insured the insulation system. The basic cooling method is IC411, the cooling and heat-dispassion condition is mature. It has the advantage of high efficiency, low vibration, low noise and easy-maintain.
