YZ10 DC motor is a separately excited high power DC motor designed for electric drive oil drilling machine in the top drive unit like GE motor. It is the powerful top drive motor at present in China. The international advanced technology has been adopted in it such as Kapton insulation process, main pole coils formed by hot pressing, pressed and welded frame, spiral slot of commutator, reacting brush holder, wire banding, etc. The motor's main features are: vertical double shaft extension structure, plus pressure explosion-proof, direct thermometry, directive tachometry, heavy current, high torque, wide range constant power speed regulating, free maintenance, high universality, efficiency and reliability. Both of the data and performance can reach the standard of imported oil drilling motor. The oil drilling motor can be used instead of the imported one. The motor can also function as rotary table motor or winch motor of DC electric drive drilling machine.
